The Spur Impact Leadership Summit, formerly known as the Mill Summit, will return on August 4, 2026 with a new name but the same dynamic experience designed to inspire and empower professionals, community leaders, and changemakers. Guided by the theme Ignite Your Impact: Turn your spark into something meaningful, this year’s Summit invites attendees to discover how their passions can fuel real progress in their careers, communities, and beyond. Through engaging sessions, thought-provoking discussions, and meaningful networking opportunities, the Spur Impact Leadership Summit will deliver practical tools and fresh perspectives to help participants transform ideas into action and create lasting impact.
